dal nonno e dal pap\u00e0. Il giovane chef impara con cura a lavorare l&#8217;impasto, modulando il tempo e sfruttando la leggerezza. Oggi Vincenzo Abbate, dopo le prime esperienze, \u00e8 da sette mesi alla guida di una pizzeria tutta sua ad Aversa, location desiderata dallo chef che inizia i suoi primi passi come pizzaiolo ai Quartieri Spagnoli e al centro storico di Napoli, per poi, spostarsi verso una platea pi\u00f9 ampia, prima sperimentazione verso una futura ulteriore crescita, che vedr\u00e0 certamente
